Woodland does not charge a fee for performing a due diligence assessment at this initial stage. If we find the project promising after evaluating the teaser and/or the business plan, we will communicate our questions and comments, and ask for any additional information we may need. If we determine that the opportunity is not feasible or cannot be financed, we will

inform you that we are not pursuing the opportunity. Once we thoroughly review the project and complete our due diligence on the financing, and if we can secure the financing from our institutional capital sources, we will provide the engagement terms for the project.
